The U.S. Men’s National Team is coming to Cincinnati!

The USMNT will take on Haiti in the Concacaf Nations League Quarterfinal at TQL Stadium on Tuesday, November 17, at 7 PM, and LMYSA families get discounted tickets as SAY Soccer members!

This is the first official competition of the new World Cup cycle and a chance to see the next generation of U.S. Soccer stars right here in our backyard!

Two weeks left, LMYSA!

As we head into the final stretch of the fall season, let’s finish strong with the things that matter most: sportsmanship, respect, player development and FUN.

A few reminders for these last games and practices:
• If your team reaches a 5-goal lead, please actively manage the game and focus on development
• Players, coaches, parents and referees all deserve respect
• Every child should leave the season feeling more confident and loving the game
• Practice times may shift as daylight gets shorter, so watch for updates from your coach

Thank you to our players, coaches, referees, volunteers and families for making this season possible. Let’s make these final two weeks a great finish for everyone! 🙌

Games will play as scheduled and teams may practice.

🥅 Goals and goal areas remain closed for warm-ups and practices. Please use midfield or nearby green space instead.

🚫 Fields 9–12 remain closed. Teams assigned there may use open fields or green space throughout the park.

Games will play as scheduled tonight and practices may resume, but we’re still asking everyone to help protect the fields as they recover from the weekend rain.

Please keep warm-ups and drills away from the goal areas, which remain closed until game time.
Fields 9–12 are still closed. Teams assigned there may use available fields or green space on the North side of Veterans.

🚨 LMYSA FAMILIES: EXPECT TRAFFIC DELAYS THIS THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24 🚨

Little Miami’s Homecoming Parade will be moving through Morrow Thursday evening, which will impact travel to and from Veterans Memorial Park.

If you have a practice or game, please:
• Allow extra travel time
• Expect heavier traffic around the parade route
• Use an alternate route to Veterans when possible
• Avoid relying on your normal route at the last minute

⚽ Please plan ahead so your player isn’t late because of parade traffic.

And if you don’t have soccer Thursday, it’s a great Little Miami community night to enjoy! 💚💛

🌮 Food trucks begin at 4 PM
🎉 Homecoming Parade begins at 6 PM
📍 Parade runs from Mounts Park to the parking loop at Little Miami Middle School

🍬 Pro tip: bring a bag for candy. Your kiddos may need it. 😂

LMYSA families, here’s today’s field update after this weekend’s rain and flooding. 🌧️⚽

All practices are cancelled tonight, Monday, September 21, to give the fields time to dry out.

All games will continue as scheduled. Teams should use space near midfield or nearby green space for warm-ups, as the goal boxes will remain closed until game time.

The South side of Veterans Memorial Park took on significant water Saturday night, and some fields are still under water. Fields 9–12 may remain closed later this week until conditions improve.

When practices resume, teams assigned to those fields may use available space on the North side or green space on the lower end of the park. Pop-up goals are also available in the LMYSA shed.

Soccer is expensive enough. Let’s not add a parking ticket to the mix. 😅

LMYSA families, a very real reminder that parking is not permitted under the water tower at Veterans Memorial Park. The area is posted, and Morrow Police do enforce the restriction.

Please use the designated parking areas and allow a few extra minutes to walk to your field, if needed.

Help us spread the word to family members, friends, or anyone else coming to support your athlete this season. 💚💛

Think your player can bury a penalty kick under pressure? ⚽🎯

The Knights of Columbus will host the Dave Mueller Memorial Soccer Challenge at Veterans Memorial Park on Sunday, September 27, from 12–4 PM.

This event is open to boys and girls ages 9–14 and gives players a fun opportunity to test their shooting accuracy, compete and enjoy a community soccer event focused on sportsmanship and healthy competition.
