Join the International Women's Group this week for an extra fieldtrip to Forx Farm, a Dutch cheese making farm in Anderson.
Date: Thursday, June 4th
Start Time of tour: 10.00am. Tour will be around 1 - 1.5 hour.
Fee: $5.00 per person to be paid upon arrival at the farm to our group leader.
RSVP required to save your spot with Mariette or Margo at [email protected] by Tuesday, June 2nd.

We will learn about the process of making Dutch Gouda cheese from raw milk going through several steps. Then eventually riping from 2 to 30 months depending on the taste they want to achieve for the individual cheese wheels.
We will tour the facility and see the storage room with all the beautiful cheeses lined up!
Afterwards we will have the opportunity to taste the different cheeses and other products like e.g. butter. Bring a cooler if you want to purchase cheeses!
Option to join our group for lunch at a nearby restaurant.

Update: long walk for tomorrow Tue. May 26th is cancelled due to unpredictable and extreme humid weather conditions. We hope to see you Wednesday for lunch!

Join the International Women's group this week for the last activities of May.
CANCELLED:
Tue. 5/26/26 – 09.00am – Long walk on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. We will start at the Zoo and will walk to the Swamp Rabbit Café for a snack or lunch. Meet us at 09.00am in the Zoo parking lot. Total walking distance is 8 miles. Return to parking lot will be approx. 1.30pm. RSVP with Margo ( at [email protected]) Mon 5/25/26 at noon.

Wed. 5/27/26 – 11.45am – lunch at Jasmine Kitchen Lunch at Jasmine Kitchen, 503 Augusta St, Greenville, SC 29605. Meet with the International Women’s Group at Jasmine Kitchen to enjoy lunch with friends! The food is always healthy, fresh and delicious with choices of salads, soups and sandwiches and you are supporting the wonderful organization of Jasmine Road! Look for us on the patio outside (weather permitting, otherwise find us inside). No RSVP is required.

The International Women's group enjoyed their coffee meeting at Panera last week. Our coffee gathering is one of our most popular women's group events. We had the following countries attending: USA, The Netherlands, Germany, Mexico, Palestine, France, and Switzerland!
We also had a very nice ladies night out dinner at Chef's Lin Asian Bistro, with beautiful and delicious dishes and a sweet group of ladies from the USA, Argentina, Mexico, The Netherlands , and Georgia.
Thank you all for coming and for supporting our International Women's Group. May is our last month with a full activity schedule. June, July and August will be on an adjusted schedule with gatherings for coffee (2nd Tuesday) and lunch (4th Wednesday)!
