Miles4Marcus 2026... raising healthy heart awareness, fundraising for lifesaving cardiac screenings, and honoring the life of Marcus Kayal. The announcement of a bipartisan bill, Marcus’s Law, is a major step toward protecting young athletes from sudden cardiac arrest and raising awareness that early screening saves lives. Thank you Jordan Schwartz and Rep Josh Gottheimer for helping to expand this important initiative.

This is our mission every day. And it’s why events like Miles4Marcus matter. 100% of the proceeds directly support heart screenings for students at Mahwah High School, helping to detect hidden conditions before it’s too late.

Attention Mahwah High School Parents!

If you have a student at MHS, don't miss the opportunity to screen your child's heart. This is open to all students, not just student athletes. Around 23,000 kids under 18 experience Sudden Cardiac Arrest every year.

A comparable screening in a hospital setting would cost around $2500. The Marcus Kayal Legacy4Life Foundation is offering this opportunity to Mahwah High School students at the greatly reduced rate of $25! 💙
