Happy Mother’s Day from Emerson FFA!

Today we celebrate all of the amazing moms, grandmothers, stepmoms, and mother figures who support, encourage, and inspire us every single day. Thank you for the sacrifices you make, the lessons you teach, and the love you give so freely.

Your hard work and dedication help shape the future leaders of agriculture and our community. We are so grateful for everything you do.

The Annual Emerson FFA Chapter Awards Banquet was a great success! We had a good turnout,good people, good food, and most importantly, good FFA members! Thank you so, so much to everyone who contributed to the banquet, whether you decorated, cooked, prepared, served, or attended!

Emerson FFA members made their mark at the 99th Arkansas FFA State Convention & Expo, bringing home top honors across multiple contests and cementing the chapter’s growing tradition of excellence.
Makayla Britt was honored with the Outstanding Chair Award for her leadership as chair of Emerson’s Conduct of Chapter Meetings team. Britt distinguished herself among eight other chairs from qualifying teams to earn this prestigious accolade.
Landry Mitchell wins State Champion at the Arkansas FFA State Prepared Public Speaking Contest. Landry’s speech covered artificial intelligence in agriculture. Landry will represent Emerson FFA at the National FFA Convention held in Indianapolis this October.
Emerson FFA’s Nursery Landscape CDE team was State Champions and will represent their chapter in Indianapolis this October. The team’s members include Elly Ferral, Ava Gunnels, Landry Mitchell, and Zadie Watson.
Emerson FFA’s Milk Quality & Products CDE team was State Runners-Up. Team members are Karley Gunnels, A’Kayla French, Kadence Hanson, and Brailey Tubervile.
Emerson FFA’s Forestry CDE team was also State Runners-Up. Team members include Aiden Watson, Jensen Key, Zoey Dean, Makayla Britt, Max Chamberlain, and Liam Quintana.

The Emerson FFA banquet will be held at the Stables at Big Oak Hill Ranch on April 30th, 2026 @ 6:00 P.M. All FFA members received a Google Form concerning the banquet in their email and we ask that you fill it out.
