He is wearing a collar but does not have a tag, so we’re unable to identify who he belongs to.

🚧 PLEASE EXCUSE OUR PROGRESS! 🚧

Magnolia Housing Authority would like to ask our residents and visitors to please excuse the current condition of our property and roadways.

We are currently undergoing sewer work, which requires portions of the roads and surrounding areas to be dug up. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience and that the property may look a little messy during this process.

At this time, we do not have an exact completion date, but crews are working diligently to complete the necessary repairs, clean up the affected areas, and reopen the roads as soon as possible.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation while this important work is being completed.

Magnolia Housing Authority's very own Director of Community Services, Ariel Stewart, and Resident Initiative Coordinator, Aisleen Palmer, were spotted enjoying the Wings Over Magnolia event at SAU! Their picture was captured as they joined the community in celebrating with food, family-friendly activities, and the exciting Arkansas National Guard C-130 flyover. This community celebration brought together families, veterans, active-duty military personnel, and local organizations to honor service and celebrate America 250 in the week leading up to Independence Day.

Harvest Regional Food Bank’s TEFAP USDA Mobile Pantry will be in Waldo on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 from 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM at the Waldo Fire Department, 102 E. Main St.

📦 Food pantry boxes will be provided to the first 144 qualifying households.

Requirements:
✔ Must be a Columbia County resident
✔ Must bring a photo ID or proof of address

The Magnolia Housing Authority would like to extend a special thank you to Quan Moore of Entergy Arkansas for joining us during our recent Maintenance Stand-Alone Conference.

Mrs. Moore shared valuable information about how the electrical system works, important safety practices, and the many programs and resources available to assist customers, including Single Stop and other community support services.

We appreciate her willingness to take time out of her schedule to educate and engage with our staff and conference attendees. Her presentation provided useful knowledge that participants can apply both professionally and personally.

During our recent Maintenance Stand-Alone Conference, Mr. Harrington generously took the time to prepare meals for attendees, helping make the event a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Magnolia Housing Authority Hosts Successful Maintenance Conference

The Magnolia Housing Authority was proud to host a successful two-day Maintenance Stand-Alone Conference, bringing together maintenance professionals from housing authorities across the region for hands-on training and skill development.

Participants received practical, hands-on instruction in drywall repair, GFCI replacement, plumbing, heating and air systems, and more using actual apartment units as training spaces.

We would like to thank everyone who attended and helped make this event a success. A special thank you to our maintenance team for sharing their knowledge and expertise throughout the conference.

We would also like to recognize our Board President, Monty Harrington from Farmers Bank & Trust for generously preparing meals for attendees, and Quan Moore with Entergy Arkansas for providing valuable information on electrical safety, how the power system works, and customer assistance programs such as Single Stop.

Finally, thank you to our office staff for their hard work behind the scenes. Their planning and dedication helped make this conference a memorable and successful event.

💡 Customers who qualify may be able to get help paying their Entergy bill.

Entergy representatives will be on-site to answer questions and help connect people with available assistance programs.
