(note from Dani follows)
Subject: 4-H Wildlife Habitat Education Project (WHEP) State Contest

Registration is now open on 4-H Online for the 4-H Wildlife Habitat Education Project (WHEP) State Contest to be held May 20-21 in Jeff Davis County at the Nature Conservancy Davis Mountain Preserve. The study resource and contest rules/procedures can be found on the 4-H Wildlife & Fisheries webpage (https://texas4-h.tamu.edu/projects/wildlife-fisheries/) under ‘Contests’.

Open to all age divisions as an individual or a team of 3-4.
Contest details and logistics can be found on the attached document.
The Davis Mountains are one of the most unique habitats in the state. The Davis Mountain Preserve is located high in these remote mountains and contain a variety of wildlife species not seen elsewhere in the state. Being able to access this site is a special treat for anyone interested in Texas wildlife. Come join us for this fun weekend learning about the wildlife and habitat of this far west Texas ecoregion.

Please let me know if you have any questions about this event.
