A&Y Birthday Blessings is a Delaware-based initiative dedicated to strengthening children, families, and communities through equitable access to celebration, literacy, enrichment, and supportive family-centered resources. A signed contract along with 50% of the charge is due as a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer to reserve the time and date of services. An event is not considered confirme

d until the contract is duly signed, and the deposit is received. THE PROCESS
Initial Phone Consultation– During our initial consultation, you will provide me with details that are important to you for your event. We will discuss themes, colors, type of vendors needed, how to best allocate the budget based on your preferences, and our expert advice, as well as other important details so that we can begin the planning and design process to create your custom signature event. Site Visit – During this visit, I will photograph the event space, observe the space/room layout, and take specific needed measurements. Inspiration and Party Design – During this phase, I will research and plan the event design based on our initial phone consultation and site visit. I will provide you with options pertaining to all aspects of your event. My goal is to plan a party for you that will be pleasantly remembered for years to come. A &Y Event Kreationz, LLC. · Initial Phone Consultation

· Site Visit (one in-person site visit)

· Event design

· Budget allocation/analysis and record-keeping of all financials regarding your event as well as payment reminders

· Invitation coordination

· Vendor research and referrals including rental items, entertainment, cake, photography, bartenders, DJs, props, and etc.

· Vendor coordination and communication

· Design of all table settings and seating

· Design of custom cake and themed desserts

· Dessert table design

· Coordination of paper products including banners, backdrops, signage, favor tags, and etc.

· Favor and/or gift bag design and assembly

· Oversee event décor and set up on the event date

· Tables and Chair Rentals

A&Y Birthday Blessings is excited to announce a meaningful collaboration with Success Won’t Wait!

Through their generosity, more than 300 books have been donated to support our literacy initiatives and help us continue putting books into the hands of children throughout Delaware.

As part of our Birthday in a Box program, we strive to include books that match each child’s age, interests, and reading level. We believe that every child deserves not only a reason to celebrate their birthday but also opportunities to learn, grow, and discover the joy of reading.

These donated books will help us:
📖 Expand our Birthday in a Box program
📖 Promote literacy and a love for reading
📖 Provide educational resources to children and families experiencing financial hardship
📖 Create meaningful moments that extend far beyond a birthday celebration

We are incredibly grateful to Success Won’t Wait for investing in our children and supporting our mission to celebrate every child and support every family.
