¡¡¡Hola!!! Solo para aclarar: nosotros no somos la Asociación de Propietarios (HOA).
Esta página se creó con el fin de intentar unir a los vecinos de Park Place y averiguar cómo podemos lograr que se solucionen las cosas.
Lo primero es determinar cuál es la situación legal actual con respecto a la HOA. No buscamos culpar a nadie en particular ni incitar al odio contra nadie.
Lo más importante ahora es reparar las cosas que han estado abandonadas durante años. No solo la HOA, sino toda la comunidad perdió el interés durante mucho tiempo.
¡¡¡Trabajemos juntos para poner las cosas en orden!!!
¡¡¡Por favor, sigan corriendo la voz!!!
Estaremos en el área de buzones este fin de semana para continuar trabajando en ella.

Hi!!!Just to clarify. We are not HOA
This page was created to try to unify the neighbors of Park place and figure out how we can get thing fixed.
First thing is to see how the legal situation is with the HOA. We are not looking to blame anybody in specific, or rise hate against anyone.
What’s more important now is to fix things that have been abandoned for years. Not just HOA but everyone in the community lost interest for a long time.
Let’s work together to make things right!!!
Please keep spreading the word!!!
We will be at the mail house this weekend to keep working on it.

Good evening, Park Place community!
We wanted to share an update on what happened this weekend regarding the fundraiser to repair the mail house.
We raised $2,327 between Saturday and Sunday, plus another $50 on Monday—bringing us to a grand total of $2,377! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
So far, the funds have been spent as follows:
Roofing shingles: $460
(Thanks to the intermediary who secured them at that price!)
Additional expenses at Lowe's: $496
Stone materials: $715
This brings the total amount spent to date to $1,661.
We now have a remaining budget of $706 to continue with the painting and landscaping phases of the project.
Regarding the work completed:
1. The damaged roofing and decking were replaced.
2. Debris from the old support columns was cleared away.
3. The fascia board was repaired.
4. The garden beds were cleaned out and prepped for landscaping work.
Once again, a huge thank you to the volunteers who pitched in, as well as to those who donated materials (you know who you are!).

We hope we can continue to count on your cooperation for this coming weekend.
We will keep working as long as we continue to see such a positive response from the community!

Buenas noches comunidad de Park Place!!!
Queremos compartir lo que sucedió este fin de semana con la colecta para arreglar la casa del correo.
Se juntaron $2327 entre el sábado y el domingo y el lunes $50 más, eso nos dio un Total de $2377!!!!!🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Hasta el momento se han gastado
Teja $460
(gracias al intermediario que la consiguió a ese precio)
Gastos extras en Lowes $496
Las piedras $715
Eso hace un total de $1661 gastados hasta ahorita
Tenemos $706 de presupuesto para seguir con el proyecto de la pintura y el jardín.
En cuanto al trabajo;
1-. Se remplazó el roofing y decking dañado .
2.- se limpiaron los escombros de las columnas viejas
3.-se reparó la facial board
4.-las jardineras se limpiaron y se dejaron listas para arreglar el jardín.
Nuevamente gracias a los voluntarios que ayudaron y a quienes donaron materiales(ustedes saben quienes son)

Esperamos seguir contando con su cooperación para este fin de semana siguiente.
Nosotros seguiremos trabajando mientras sigamos viendo respuesta de la comunidad.

Two boulder rocks were set today to protect integrity of our mail house.
It looks better and better.

Hoy se colocaron dos rocas grandes para proteger la integridad de nuestra casita de buzones.
Cada vez se mira mejor!!! 👍🏼
