Our backpack drive is done and out! 👏👏💚
In total we raised $3,130 and were short $409.
We were able to fill 322 backpacks with that and then also donate 71 more empty but brand new backpacks and more miscellaneous items that came in later like pencils, erasers, crayons, etc.
Please see your schools resource officer or have your child check with their schools resource officer for a backpack, that is who had the ones we did.
Again we want to thank everyone who helped donate to this amazing fundraiser, the Copper Miner Saloon, our wonderful hard working volunteers, Kaylyn Cook for organizing it and putting it all together and everyone who did cash, venmo donations! We love you all so much!!!

Magna Facts volunteer Kaylyn Cook has worked extremely hard to make 1,000 backpacks for the children in the Magna community for this upcoming 26-27 school year for all schools! Please keep in mind one school alone is needing 270 filled backpacks.
Last night with the help of the Copper Miner Saloon and multiple gracious donors, including Brittney Pursel, Whiteny Redd, Katie Drown among others, we were able to raise the money for the cost of the backpacks, now we need to fill them. We are accepting the following items listed below at Magna Fact to fill these backpacks.
We will also be accepting any cash, check, venmo, or bank deposit (UCCU magna fact inc sub 4 santa) donations to purchase the items if someone is not available too. We will also be giving a write off to anyone willing to help and donate to this amazing cause.
