RRRF is a non-profit that helps rural communities in Arkansas with open and transparent communication between citizens and their respective municipalties, counties and state government to improve rural citizens’ lives. About Us
The Rural Revive and Reclamation Foundation (RRRF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening and restoring rural communitie
s in Logan County, Arkansas through practical action, local partnership, and deep respect for the people who live here. Our mission is simple: revive opportunity, reclaim dignity, and invest in long-term community well-being across rural Arkansas. RRRF is led by two Logan County natives:
- Holden R. Chadwick, JD, CAPM as CEO and board of directors member;
- Torie Hollingsworth as Secretary/Treasurer and board of directors member; and
- Emily Chadwick as a board of directors member. We are looking to expand our board to more members in order to achieve our goals related to 501(c)(3) status and gathering all voices across rural Arkansas. What We’re Doing This Year
This year marks a foundational step for Rural Revive and Reclamation Foundation. Our planned projects include:
• Holding our first official board meeting to establish governance, accountability, and long-term strategy;
• Applying for IRS 501(c)(3) status to ensure transparency, credibility, and sustainable growth;
• Launching a scholarship fund for Logan County high school students pursuing college or trade school, recognizing that both paths are vital to a thriving rural economy;
• Hosting free professional development seminars in the community, covering job readiness, financial basics, and practical life skills;
• Organizing a consistent, regular soup kitchen to support families facing food insecurity;
• Leading volunteer-based cleanup efforts to remove waste and address abandoned or neglected buildings, improving safety, pride, and quality of life. Each initiative is designed to meet real needs, use resources responsibly, and create visible, measurable improvement. Who We’re Looking For
We are actively seeking board members, volunteers, and donors who share our values:
• People who do what they say they will do
• Individuals who are trustworthy, accountable, and respectful
• Those who understand that poverty deserves dignity—not judgment
• Ideally, individuals with nonprofit, charity, faith-based, or community service experience
Time commitments are intentionally minimal and realistic, but the expectations around integrity and follow-through are high. We value consistency over credentials and humility over ego. Why It Matters
Logan County has strong people, deep roots, and real potential. With focused effort and the right partners, even small, steady actions can create lasting change—whether that’s a student getting their first scholarship, a family receiving a hot meal, or a neighborhood restored through collective effort. By serving alongside the community rather than above it, the Rural Revive and Reclamation Foundation aims to be a trusted, long-term force for good in rural Arkansas. If you believe in showing up, following through, and serving with respect, we invite you to join us—as a board member, volunteer, or donor—and help us build something meaningful together.
