More from yesterday’s tree planting event, made possible by all these great people.

We wish we could replant all of the +2 million trees that we lost since the fire, but this is one small step forward in the process of reforesting our Ridge! Thank you John Stonebraker, Regenerating Paradise, Rich Hefner with H & T Construction, Lee Stone and Ryan Soulsby for all your help and participation yesterday, and to our firewise leader Jill Vought for your support. This isn’t a one-time event, there will be more of these. 🌲 Made possible with funding from California ReLeaf and Pacific Gas and Electric Company.

The rest of our trees have arrived & are ready to plant Friday. These four young Douglas fir trees arrived this week and are awaiting planting at our reforestation project day next Friday, May 1st at 9am.
