🎉Blue and Gold 2026!🎉 It was an amazing night celebrating scouting and our Arrows crossing over to the troops. Thank you to our parents, our new charter the VFW, former charter Elks, and family and friends for showing up and supporting Pack 7058 and Troop 9058! Thank you Troop 101 for showing up for Abby! Thank you to District executive Jon Chandler for our popcorn patches and support! More adventures await! ❤️

The local Boy Scouts are offering a Christmas tree removal service for people in Jefferson County. On Dec. 27 and 28 and January 3 and 4 the scouts will be available to pick up trees left outside homes, undecorated.

We wish our community a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!! While you have a moment, please schedule your Christmas tree pick up by calling the fire department at 541-475-7274 (during business hours) or text Lorraine at (808) 265-0021. Call by Friday before your chosen pick up day so we can schedule our routes.
Provide your name, address, and date to pick up. December 27th, 28th or January 3rd, 4th.
Saturday pick-ups will be completed between 9AM and Noon.
Sunday pick-ups will be completed Sunday afternoon.
Please have your tree out by the road, completely clean of decorations and tinsel by 9AM. Cash or check can be attached to the tree or a donation can be made through Venmo.
A donation of $10 (or more) goes to support the local Cub Scout Pack and Scout Troop.

Santa is landing at Madras Airport!!
Saturday, December 20th from noon to 3PM. Many last minute shopping opportunities from local crafters, Red Beard BBQ, and Santa arriving at 1PM!!!
Scouts will be collecting non-perishable food for our local food pantry. Bring a can or two...or a few 😁

It is a true privilege to honor our Veterans. Today we joined millions of other individuals who placed wreaths on veteran's graves. Thank you to all of the veterans, scouts, and community members for sponsoring wreaths and participating in and attending today's ceremony.

In the months leading up to December 7, 1941, the Boy Scouts of the Honolulu Council were busy training, honing their first aid and emergency communication skills.

Like Scouts today, they didn’t know when, or if, they would need to use what they had learned. They simply wanted to be prepared.

That morning, the attack on Pearl Harbor tested their skills faster and more intensely than any Scout could have imagined.

Troop 58 and a couple of Cubs from Pack 58 helped out at the Festival of Trees. It was a wonderful opportunity to help out at this impressive event that raises funds for our community's food pantry. Such an honor!

Madras Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts are raising funds to honor every veteran’s grave in Jefferson County through Wreaths Across America. They want to place a wreath on 600 graves.
