What does our name mean?

Yehudah is Hebrew for Judah. Judah is one of the sons/12 tribes of Israel. He received the firstborn's blessing (Genesis 49:8-12) after it was taken away from his brothers. This is the family line that Jesus comes from.

Who is the Lion of Yehudah (Judah?) Jesus! Jesus is called The Lion of Judah in Revelation 5:5.

This Memorial Day, The Lion of Yehudah honors and remembers the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

We are grateful for the sacrifices made to protect the freedoms we enjoy each day. As we gather with family and loved ones, may we also take time to reflect, remember, and give thanks.

🌾✨The Feast of Weeks is a beautiful reminder of God’s provision and faithfulness

In Scripture, this appointed time was a celebration of harvest and thanksgiving, when God’s people brought their firstfruits before Him with joyful hearts. It also marks powerful moments in Biblical history, including the giving of God’s instruction and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in Acts 2.

God’s appointed times are rich with meaning, truth, and opportunities for learning.

Throughout the year, our students learn about the Biblical calendar and the feasts established in Scripture. This helps them understand God’s faithfulness, His plan throughout history, and the importance of remembering His works.

By teaching through God’s calendar, we connect children to the rhythms, lessons, and foundations found in His Word while creating meaningful, hands-on learning experiences rooted in Scripture.
