What a week for this group.

Louisiana Force 2K29 finished the 2026 AAU World Championships with a 5-1 record, earning a 3rd Place finish in Division I and reaching the Final Four for the second straight season.

Last year, this team finished 3rd in Division III. This year, they proved they belong among the best by making another Final Four run, this time in Division I.

The adversity made this accomplishment even more impressive. We lost one of our starters during the second game of pool play and finished the tournament with only six players. These young ladies never complained, never quit, and continued to compete with toughness, resilience, and heart against some of the best teams in the country.

I couldn’t be more proud of this group. Thank you to our players, parents, and supporters who believed in this team every step of the way.

Louisiana Force 2K33 battled all weekend, finishing 3-1 and earning a trip to the championship game.

This group showed tremendous toughness, resilience, and heart. In the championship, we found ourselves down by as many as 15 points, but these young men refused to quit. They dug in defensively, competed on every possession, and fought their way back to cut the deficit to just 2 points late in the game. Although we came up short, the effort, character, and determination they displayed were something to be proud of.

Championships are earned through adversity, and this weekend provided valuable lessons that will help us continue to grow. Proud of every player for competing the right way, supporting one another, and representing Louisiana Force with class.

The result wasn’t exactly what we wanted, but the fight, toughness, and belief these young men showed tells me we’re moving in the right direction.
