Roger Boeker presenting our Midshipman of the Year Award at NROTC awards banquet May 1, 2011. Roger passed away several years ago, but his legacy continues! Through his generosity and esprit de corps the foundation receives annual installments to ensure programs like this continue! Thank you Roger on behalf of Wisconsin Marines!
