🌻 Our building is open daily Monday-Friday from 10-4 pm
🏀 Our basketball court is open during building hours, so come stop by our rooftop to shoot some hoops!

“Looking back on my freshman year, I’m really glad that I participated in FreshFest. Coming to UW Madison, I didn’t really know anyone, so the transition into college seemed intimidating. However, through the FreshFest program I was able to meet other Jewish students, explore and learn about the Madison area, and was introduced to the welcoming Hillel community. From sharing meals together to Challahbration and outdoor activities, I was able to connect with people in many moments. After this program ended, I came to the Shabbat events at Hillel and now I try to go every Friday during the semester. One of my close friend groups is made up of people from FreshFest and I’ll always be grateful for this program and Hillel for bringing us together.“ - Cayla, Class of 2029 🤍

“Being part of FreshFest is the perfect opportunity to learn about Madison, our Hillel, and grow a Jewish community at school. For me, moving halfway across the country from DC and starting school in Wisconsin was a huge change. I met so many wonderful people during FreshFest and later met many of my current friends through other Hillel opportunities like JLF seminars. FreshFest was a great way to slowly integrate into school and offered a perfect head start to learning Madison before most people showed up! FreshFest and meeting everyone at Hillel showed me the Jewish community that UW-Madison has and was fundamental making my freshman year absolutely amazing!“ - Ellie, Class of 2029 🤍

Thank you so much to everyone who attended our End of the Year Party last week 🥳 We had such a blast with all of you and can’t believe this semester is coming to a close. Join us for one last celebration on Friday, May 8! Starting at 11:00 am, we will have our commencement ceremony, and then at 6 pm, our Shabbat services and dinner will begin! 🕯️ You won’t want to miss it!
