Say it with care:

The conversations we have carry weight, as do the words we use within them. Sometimes, phrases like ‘just stay positive’ or ‘it could be worse’ are meant to help, but they can miss the mark. Reframing language is about knowing when to choose our words carefully to show understanding and empathy.

It’s not about avoiding certain phrases, but about being intentional in how we speak and how we make others feel. When we take a moment to think before we speak, we create space for real connections and stronger support. By reminding mindful in our language, we can help others feel head and validated in their experiences. 💚🤍
