Positive Black Image implements programs and develops partnerships with law enforcement, courts, schools, hotlines, religious entities and other youth agencies to service and revitalize the fami

ly and community structure.

“It takes an Entire village to raise a child” a popular African Proverb with a clear message: everyone has an essential role to play in the healthy growth and development of our youth. This is why Positive Black Image encourages community involvement and collaborates with other community leaders and entities.

Our vision is to promote cultural affirmation, social awareness, economic development, and community building to empower African American youth and their families with the knowledge, tools and confidence to achieve their highest potential.

Our #1 goal and priority is to increase the percentage of enrollments and personal involvement of African American youth and their families in structured programs that will empower them and assist them in achieving self-actualization.
