Elver Park Neighborhood Center The Elver Park Neighborhood Center (EPNC) is housed at the Wisconsin Youth Company Administrative Office, 1201 McKenna Blvd., Madison, WI 53719.

Elver Park Neighborhood Center, part of Wisconsin Youth Company, provides after school and summer day camp programming for students in grades K-12 in the Elver Park area, serving Madison and Middleton-Cross Plains School District. Elver Park Neighborhood Center youth programs are sponsored by Wisconsin Youth Company and funded in part by the City of Madison, Dane County and the Community Developme

nt Block Grant. The Elver Park Neighborhood Center, formerly the Wisconsin Youth & Family Center, serves youth who live in the Elver Park neighborhood. For children kindergarten through fifth grade we offer after school, all day and break and summer day camp programs. Families must meet income qualifications to enroll in EPNC K-5 programs. All day and break programs are offered to families regularly enrolled. Please contact the administrative office for more information at 608-276-9782. For middle and high school youth, our teen program provides structured academic programming and social support. Teens have supervised access to homework resources, a computer lab, gym and small garden.
