While the kittens may be bouncing off the walls, our adult cats are spending this morning doing what they do best—lounging in cozy beds, soaking up the quiet, and catching a few extra naps. 💕

Meet the Three Best Friends That Anyone Could Have ❤️🐾

Bebe, Atticus, and Rusty have become quite the trio here at the Cove Lifesaving Center. These best friends spend their days playing together, hanging out together, and even snuggling up together when it’s time to relax.

Not only do they adore each other, but they also get along great with other dogs. They’ve loved being roommates and having built-in friends while waiting for homes, but what they really want is a family of their own.

While we’d love to see them continue their friendship, they don’t have to be adopted together. Each one is ready to bring their own unique personality, love, and companionship to a forever home.

💔 Through too many seasons, Jonah is still waiting…

Jonah has watched the leaves change, the weather shift, and countless dogs come and go, all while waiting for someone to choose him. While we do everything we can to make our dogs feel loved and cared for, the reality is that we can’t replace the comfort, security, and love of a real home.

Lately, we’re starting to see signs that shelter life is wearing on Jonah. Despite his resilience, he deserves so much more than a kennel. He deserves a family.
Jonah is an incredible dog who has so much to offer. He’s smart, eager to learn, picks up new things quickly, and walks beautifully on a leash. He loves spending time with people and is ready to be someone’s loyal companion.

To help make his transition into a forever home as easy as possible, Jonah will go home with plenty of goodies and supplies to set him up for success. More importantly, he’ll leave knowing that someone finally gave him the chance he’s been waiting for.

Nic Nic may be 8-years-old, but she still has the heart of a puppy. She loves her people, adores her dog friends, and greets every day with a wagging tail and a smile!

Unfortunately, Nic Nic has torn her CCL and needs TPLO surgery to walk, play, and live comfortably again. The cost of her surgery is $2,800, and we’re asking for help to get this sweet girl back on her paws!

Nic Nic doesn’t understand why her body won’t keep up with her spirit. She still wants to run. She still wants to play. She still wants to be right by her human’s side. She just needs a little help getting there.

Please help us get Nic Nic to her next steps towards her furever home!

🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨

Local basket found exceeding maximum kitten capacity. Witnesses report the basket began with a reasonable number of kittens, but additional kittens continued entering until the situation became completely unmanageable.

Authorities have determined:
🐾 Everyone is innocent.
🐾 Everyone is adorable.
🐾 Nobody has any intention of moving.

These kittens are learning that naps are better when they’re piled on top of friends, toys belong under furniture, and humans exist primarily for cuddles and snacks. This is why we are still having our Kitten Adoption Special because two kittens are better than one! Adopt one kitten and adopt the second at half off adoption fee!
