They came with ideas. Over 10 weeks, they worked to challenge, refine, and develop them into potential business solutions.

Through training, mentorship, peer learning, and pitch preparation, the ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ” ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ž๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ญ cohort strengthened the foundations needed to move from idea to action.

Leadership is not just about having vision. It is also about developing the capacity to turn that vision into solutions that create value and serve others.

This is what transforming young people into leaders and leaders into agents of change looks like.

We look ahead to what they will be able to accomplish in the next few months.
