Let's Go Hiking, Wisconsin Women Veterans! 🥾

Join us for Women Veterans Explore Wisconsin, a hiking series created for women veterans to enjoy the outdoors, connect with other women veterans, and explore some of Wisconsin's beautiful state park trails.

Whether you're an experienced hiker or looking for a fun way to get outdoors and meet other women veterans, we would love for you to join us! Check out the poster for dates, locations, and registration details. Registration is not required, but it is appreciated.

P.S. This hiking series is family-friendly, so feel free to bring your kiddos and loved ones along! 💜

WDVA operates three state veterans cemeteries around Wisconsin - located in Spooner, King, and Union Grove. This we're highlighting these important and final resting places for many of our state's veterans and eligible spouses. Each cemetery is a permanent and lasting monument to their achievements and personal sacrifices on behalf of a grateful nation.

Additionally, upon request, every eligible veteran is entitled to a military funeral honors ceremony. This ceremony includes folding and presenting the United States burial flag and sounding taps. This is just one of the many important benefits available to Wisconsin veterans.
