Hello All! Tango Club is back in action. The club is for everyone in the UW community who is interested in dancing Argentine tango.

No prior experience or a dance partner is necessary, meetings are free - come try it out! Wear comfortable shoes or dance in socks - whatever works best.

We have weekly meetings on Thursdays at 7pm. Each meeting is a tango lesson, followed by some practice time. And do not worry if you skip a meeting, we will help you catch up. The meetings are usually in Union South, but the room changes. The easiest way is to get on our mailing list - email [email protected] and we'll send you announcements.

If you have questions, please email [email protected] or ask them by messenger. Hope to see you on the dance floor!

P.S. To prevent any confusion: we are talking about Argentine tango, which is not the same as ballroom tango. For instance, here’s an explanation: https://dancefeverstudios.com/argentine-tango-and-ballroom-tango/
