Madison's new ReJenerate Housing Cooperative, located on the 900 block of Jenifer Street, currently has a 2-bedroom with private bath/kitchen available immediately. $1175/mn and all utilities are included, such as heat/AC, electric, water, and fiber internet.

Common areas, a lift to the shared kitchen & dining room, and a shared backyard are available to all members. This is an exciting time to join ReJenerate, because you can help shape the community from scratch.

Most housing co-ops in Madison are zero/group equity, but the limited equity model discussed in this article is an interesting one that we would love to see explored more in our city!
