‘Twas the night before school,
And all through the house,
Uniforms were laid out - ironed pants and pressed blouse.
The backpacks and lunchboxes were packed with care,
And the smell of new school supplies hung in the air.

New friends to meet, new lessons to learn,
New ways to grow as the seasons turn.
With faith as their foundation and Christ as their guide,
Our students are ready to step through those doors with pride.

So here’s to a year of learning and grace,
Of growing in wisdom, in every place.
With curious minds and hearts that care -

Family Education Week is just around the corner!

There’s something special about beginning a new school year together in the Charis community. These few days of preparing, planning, learning, and reconnecting give us the opportunity to pause and remember that education is so much more than academics.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone back and begin the 2026–27 school year together! We are grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside one another as we seek to cultivate wisdom, virtue, and a love of truth and lifelong learning in our children.

As summer begins to wind down, we are looking forward with great anticipation to all God has in store for the coming school year.

The FEW schedule is now available, and welcome letters and school supply lists have been posted to help your family prepare for the year ahead. We encourage you to take a few moments to review these resources as we get ready to begin another wonderful year together.

We are grateful for each of our families and can't wait to welcome everyone back next month. Here's to a year of growing in wisdom, virtue, and the knowledge of our Creator.

As staff was in the building preparing for another school year, a beautiful rainbow appeared right over Charis. What a beautiful reminder of the covenant He made with us, that our hope is not in circumstances, but in the God who keeps His promises!

“Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant…” Genesis 9:16

Another school year has come to an end, and our hearts are so full.

This year was filled with growth, laughter, challenges overcome, friendships deepened, and countless moments of grace. It has been such a gift to watch our students learn, grow, and flourish - not only academically, but in wisdom, character, and faith.

To our families, thank you for entrusting us with your children and for walking alongside us throughout the year. Your partnership is what makes Charis such a special place.

As summer begins, we pray your days are filled with rest, joy, adventure, and sweet moments together. May this season bring renewal and memories your families will cherish for years to come!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Annual Fundraiser Carnival at Goodly Farm! 🎡🎪

Seeing so many families come together to enjoy the games, activities, food, and beautiful setting made the day incredibly special. Because of your generosity and support, we raised nearly $9,000 for our school - funds that will directly benefit our students and programs.

A huge thank you to the many volunteers who helped make the event possible through setup, cleanup, organizing activities, serving food, running games, coordinating the silent auction, welcoming guests, and so much more. Events like this are only possible because of such a strong and supportive community.

We also loved seeing our student volunteers jump in to help throughout the day - and earn plenty of House points along the way! 👏

Thank you again to every family who attended, volunteered, donated, and celebrated with us. It was a joyful day filled with laughter, fun, and wonderful memories, and we are so grateful for this amazing community!

Charis Spring Family Carnival + Silent Auction ✨🎡

Charis families, mark your calendars! Join us Saturday, May 16 from 3–6 PM at Goodly Farm for one of our favorite events of the year.

It’s going to be a fun-filled afternoon with games, great food, raffles, a silent auction, and lots of time to connect as a community. Bring your friends, grandparents, neighbors - everyone’s welcome! 💛

Our silent auction will open a few days early, so you can start bidding before the event. From date nights and trips to birthday parties and class projects, there’s something for everyone. Plus, don’t miss the raffle (hello, Yoto player + Beats headphones 👀).

This event isn’t just fun—it helps support and grow the mission of Charis, and we’re so grateful for this community.

We’ve officially entered the last month of school - the days feel lighter, the sunshine lingers longer, and summer is just around the corner ☀

But before we get there, there’s still so much good to soak in. The laughter in the halls, the friendships that have grown, and all the little everyday moments that make this end-of-school rhythm so special.

At Charis Classical Academy, we’re leaning into the final stretch with joy, gratitude, and a reminder to slow down and enjoy it all 🌿

The senior thesis presentation is the crowning achievement of a classical Christian education. After years of studying the Great Books, sharpening logic, and practicing eloquence, our seniors write and defend a thesis on a topic they deeply care about.

It’s a powerful display of wisdom, courage, and fortitude. We are incredibly proud of our seniors for how they presented and defended the capstone of their high school journey. 🎓📖
