Join us at our September Membership Meeting on Tuesday, September 22nd at 1212 Germantown! We are excited to be hosting Sally Ann Eddmenson, PCC, STCP, Executive & Team Coach for Alchemy Life Coaching. Sally will be leading us through the interactive workshop Conquer Your Inner Saboteurs: Improving Decision-Making and Performance Under Pressure.

Every day, your mind sabotages your performance, well-being, and relationships. All of your negative emotions, including stress, frustration, and anxiety, are the result of this self-sabotage. This session explores the internal patterns that influence decision-making, leadership effectiveness and resilience under pressure.

Participants will:
- Identify common self-sabotaging patterns
- Build awareness of reactive behaviors
- Learn practical techniques for responding more effectively under pressure
- Improve personal effectiveness and leadership presence.

Alexa Barnett is a public speaker and professional connector for commercial real estate professionals. As the founder of the networking organization CRE615®, Alexa has cultivated a vibrant network with over 2,000 members who agree that networking as a commercial real estate professional should be affordable, efficient and FUN.
