Helios Helios is a registered student organization at UW-Madison.

We work with both campus and Madison city officials to design and implement sustainability projects, specifically solar energy, on our campus. http://www.heliosuw.org/

Helios was founded as a registered student organization (RSO) by Sahil Verma and Zach Galvin in March 2017 at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Our mission is to make our campus more renewable, one building at a time, through e

ngineering and planning of specific green projects. Our latest project was the planning and implementation of a solar array on the roof of Gordon Dining & Event Center: https://sustainability.wisc.edu/gordon-solar/
