IDDBA Our mission is to expand our leadership role in promoting the growth and development of dairy, deli, and bakery sales in the food industry.

We are a non-profit trade association for food retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers, brokers, distributors, and other industry professionals that promotes growth and development in dairy, deli, and bakery sales in the food industry.

Congratulations to Sara Riveria, a 2026 finalist in CAKE'D, IDDBA's annual cake decorating competition. She'll be competing in the finals in Orlando at , June 7-9!

Sara began decorating over 20 years ago for Hy-Vee and is now a Master Decorator as Super Saver Foods in Lincoln, NE. This is her second time being selected to compete in Cake'd, and she is excited to have another chance at winning. "My favorite part of my job is when my customers pick up their cakes and you can see and hear their excitement and appreciation!"

Max is cake decorator working at Safeway in Eugene, OR. His favorite cake is a classic: the chocolate cake. His cakes have gotten noticed by several musicians he admires (the Spice Girls and Kacey Musgraves) and he was proud when they shared his work online. "I love making people smile, think, laugh, and get excited by my unpredictable designs!"

Lisa is a cake decorating veteran of over 20 years, working for Market of Choice in Eugene, OR. This is her second time as a competitor in Cake'd, winning "Fan Favorite" recognition at in New Orleans. "I love this ever-changing field and all the creative potential it brings!"

Debbie is a Dayton, OH cake decorator obsessed with the velvety pastry cream of Chantilly cake. She works for LovesCakes by Dorothy Lane Market and one of her proudest accomplishments to date was having her 8-tier wedding cake featured in their magazine, Table. "My favorite part of decorating is serving the community!"
