Another week completed! We were able to visit the Sheetmetal Workers Training Center Local 18 in Sun Prairie. We learned about how they teach you to be able to work for any of their contractors, the many benefits of their labor union and then got some real hands on experience putting together small tool boxes! Afterwards we got a little sweet treat and headed back to school.

Thank you, Horizon, for an incredible 21 years! It has been such a privilege to work alongside so many amazing teens and dedicated coworkers.
My greatest joy has been watching young people transform their lives, discover their potential, and become the people they are so proud to be.
After 42 years in education, I am ready to begin my retirement chapter. I leave with a heart full of gratitude and immense pride in the school we have worked so hard to build and provide for our community. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this unforgettable journey.❤️
