We provide our families with grocery cards and have had many calls for grocery resources. We received some funds to purchase some grocery staples and cleaning supplies. Our office has a fridge so we even have a few perishables. If your family is experiencing food insecurity please email susannah@

As part of commemorating September as Childhood Cancer Awareness month, BCCN's Executive Director dropped by the American Family Children's Hospital to donate a new stack of picture books about Leukemia and a bag filled with assorted boxes of fun kids Band-Aids. These are available to any of our young patient warriors.

We were honored to provide school supplies for some of our local families. We still have some odds and ends (crayons, markers, erasers, pencils, folders, binders, etc.) if you live locally and have a child in need. Last month a sweet BCCN family dropped off books and games in memory of their lovely daughter, Anna who passed away in 2018. They have contributed items since then every June which was Anna's birthday month. Thank you for the gifts, Mischnick family.

Badger Childhood Cancer Network's (BCCN) Fishing for Families Bass Classic is August 1!! BCCN partners with local businesses and organizations to host this event on Lake Wisconsin. This unique and exciting eight-hour fishing tournament brings together nearly 200 anglers of all skill levels.

After the tournament, friends, family and the community are invited to join the tournament participants at Remi’s Thirsty Moose for free food, beverages, and raffle drawings. Because the costs related to a childhood diagnosis are huge, all proceeds from this event will be donated to the Badger Childhood Cancer Network!
