Last month a sweet BCCN family dropped off books and games in memory of their lovely daughter, Anna who passed away in 2018. They have contributed items since then every June which was Anna's birthday month. Thank you for the gifts, Mischnick family.

Badger Childhood Cancer Network's (BCCN) Fishing for Families Bass Classic is August 1!! BCCN partners with local businesses and organizations to host this event on Lake Wisconsin. This unique and exciting eight-hour fishing tournament brings together nearly 200 anglers of all skill levels.

After the tournament, friends, family and the community are invited to join the tournament participants at Remi’s Thirsty Moose for free food, beverages, and raffle drawings. Because the costs related to a childhood diagnosis are huge, all proceeds from this event will be donated to the Badger Childhood Cancer Network!

Our summer party was a huge success. We were blessed to have so many of our wonderful families come out to play at Little Amerricka! Thank you to the park and staff. Thanks also to our volunteers from Messiah Lutheran Church, Rod and Wanda Maas and Cate Scateni.

We are all experiencing the high cost of gas. Our young cancer warrior families face especially high transportation expenses based on the frequency of travel to and from treatment.
