Dane County 4-H Summer Camp registration is open! Youth in grades 3-8 are invited to join us for an overnight camp (4 days/3 nights) at Upham Woods in WI Dells. Invite your friends! Not in 4-H? No problem, we welcome all youth.

We wrapped up a fantastic Dane County 4-H Camp week at Upham Woods Outdoor Learning Center with more dancing, predator prey and some amazing skits around the campfire. A special thanks to the counselors and adult volunteers who make this awesome experience possible!

Mark your calendars for next year! Camp 1 (Gr 3-5) is July 24-27, 2024 & Camp 2 (Gr 6-8) is July 27-30, 2024.

It has been an eventful few days at Dane County 4-H Camp! We wrapped up Camp 1 with a fun, inside campfire filled with songs, laughter and relief after the threat of severe weather passed. Whew shew! Camp 2 is now fully engaged in canoeing, hiking Blackhawk Island, and other camp favorites! The forecast for weather AND making new friends looks great at Upham Woods Outdoor Learning Center!

What does a frog drink on a hot day? Croak-A-Cola! We stayed on the sunny side of camp on Thursday…and drank LOTS of water, ate popsicles and many of our campers became frogs during our game of Predator Prey! Another day well spent in the woods at Upham Woods Outdoor Learning Center.

Dane County 4-H Jurassic Camp 1 is off to a great start at Upham Woods Outdoor Learning Center! Our campers learned some camp songs, met new friends and dug into pudding dirt cups for snack. It may be hot, but these cool kids are going to have fun!
