Come one come all to the Peace Corps Advocates RSO meeting on Monday October 5th, 5:30 in Memorial Union. We will be joined by Patti, a recently returned volunteer who served in Montenegro as an English Teacher.

Montenegro is a relatively new Peace Corps country. From the PC website "In Montenegro, after a formal intergovernmental agreement signed in 2019, Peace Corps Volunteers started working with communities and schools in country in 2022 to help meet the diverse needs of their communities and to strengthen peace and friendship between the United States and Montenegro."

The UW-Madison Peace Corps recruiter is back in the office as of today! (Pictures from her recent trip back to her site in Ecuador.). This is a great week to stop by 200-B Bascom to have a chat about Peace Corps service, Before things get busy with classes and other activities. Congratulations to all the students and alums at UW-Madison who are about to embark on Peace Corps service this year. This weekend we celebrated nine of them at the annual Send Off celebration, cosponsored by the Campus Peace Corps recruiting office and the RPCVs of Madison.
