The start of a new school year is often met with a range of mixed-emotions. This is especially true for the growing number of kids and youth who struggle with feelings of anxiety and/or depression.

Mental Health America (MHA) released a new Back-to-School toolkit. This year, it is focused on social media and online activity, which has been linked to youth mental health concerns.

The Back-to-School toolkit is filled with tips, info, and resources to help youth mental health while living in a digital world.
