✨ MONDAY MANTRA

I allow myself to be seen as I am, not as I think I should be.

True connection does not require perfection.

What might happen if you loosened the need to have it all together? If you allowed another person to see a little more of the real you?

This week, practice showing up with a little more honesty, openness, and compassion for yourself.

💛 Repeat today:
I allow myself to be seen as I am, not as I think I should be.

What does it mean to experience true intimacy?

Intimacy asks us to show up honestly—to see ourselves, allow ourselves to be seen, and explore what may be standing between us and deeper connection.

Mid-Atlantic Pathwork invites you to INTIMACY, an in-person weekend workshop led by Pathwork Helpers Julia Jensen and Miriam Smith.

📅 September 25–27, 2026
📍 Mechanicsville, Virginia

Together, we’ll explore questions such as:

💛 Whom can I trust?
💛 Do I trust MYSELF?
💛 Am I perfect yet?

Perhaps intimacy isn't about becoming perfect. Perhaps it begins with having the courage to bring more of our real selves into relationship.

✨ Come explore with us.

✨ MONDAY MANTRA

I trust myself enough to listen to what is true within me.

Trust begins inside. When we become willing to listen—to our feelings, our fears, our needs, and even our resistance—we create space for a deeper relationship with ourselves and with others.

This week, notice where you can practice trusting your own inner knowing.

💛 Repeat today:
I trust myself enough to listen to what is true within me.

What’s real? Whom can I trust?

Trust is something we continually navigate—in our relationships, in ourselves, and in how we respond to the people around us.

Mid-Atlantic Pathwork invites you to TRUSTING, a 9-session online Process Group facilitated by Pathwork Helpers Miriam Smith and Julia Jensen.

Together, we’ll explore how past experiences can shape our present reactions—especially when we feel triggered, guarded, or uncertain, even when others are kind and supportive. Through experiential group work, participants will deepen their awareness of old patterns and practice standing in themselves with greater clarity, without aggression, submission, or withdrawal. Sessions may include meditation, movement, guided exercises, and group sharing.

TRUSTING: An Online Mid-Atlantic Pathwork Process Group
📅 Tuesdays, October 6–December 1, 2026
⏰ 7:00–9:30 PM ET
💻 Online via Zoom
💲 Early Bird: $450 through September 28
💲 $490 after September 28

What might become possible if you understood more clearly when it is safe to trust—and when it is your past asking you to protect yourself?

Space is available for 9 transformative sessions.

Are you really open to love? ❤️

Sometimes we long for love and connection while another part of us quietly keeps the door closed.

This September, Growing with Pathwork Studies (GPS) invites you to explore Listening to Your Heart, presented by Pathwork Helper Miriam Smith.

Mondays | 7:30–9:00 PM ET | Online

We’ll explore:

❤️ Pathwork Lecture 133: Love: Not a Commandment, But Spontaneous Soul Movement of the Inner Self
❤️ Pathwork Lecture 81: Conflicts in the World of Duality
