Lake Chapter ABATE of SD Lake ABATE is one of 16 chapters of ABATE of SD. We aim to promote favorable motorcycle legislation, motorcycle safety and awareness. A.B.A.T.E.

is an acronym for A Brotherhood of Awareness, Training, and Education. The function of Lake Chapter of ABATE is to support ABATE of SD and IMPAC. IMPAC is the Informed Motorcyclists Political Action Committee which is the political arm of ABATE of SD. ABATE is:

Those persons interested in motorcycle legislation and education. All persons regardless of race, creed, color, s*x, or age. Persons who

own various brands, makes, styles, and sizes of motorcycles and those who don't own a motorcycle at all. Motorcyclists, regardless of fraternal or club affiliation. ABATE is not a:
