Help Shape Our Community: Join the Meadowood Neighborhood Association Board!
Neighborly connection is at the heart of what makes Meadowood a wonderful place to live. The Meadowood Neighborhood Association (MNA) Board is currently looking for dedicated community members to step up as Area Representatives!
As an Area Representative, you serve as a vital link between your immediate neighbors and the MNA Board—sharing local feedback, helping keep neighbors informed, and advocating for positive change in our community.
We are currently seeking representatives for:
Area 2 represents:
Aspen Rd (West side, even numbers 2100–2300 blocks)
Kroncke Dr (5200–5400 blocks, plus 5502 & 5518)
Gilbert Rd (2000–2300 blocks)
Raymond Rd (South side, odd numbers 5300–5400 blocks)
Denton Pl (5300–5400 blocks, except 5309)
Manor Green Dr (East side, odd numbers 2100–2300 blocks)
Area 11 represents:
Prairie Rd (East side, 2100–2200 blocks)
Jonquil Rd (2100–2200 blocks)
Malabar Ln
Mayhill Dr
Riva Rd (6109 & 6113)
Area 12 represents:
Prairie Rd (East side, 2300–2400 blocks)
Monticello Way (5917–6100 blocks)
Jonquil Rd (2300–2400 blocks
Huegel Ct
Meadowood Dr (5900–6000 blocks)
Don’t live in these exact areas? You can still step up! Our bylaws allow neighbors from outside these specific boundaries to volunteer and represent these areas on the board.
What Board Members Do:
Meet Monthly: We gather on the first Wednesday of the month from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM, usually at the Meadowridge Library (we take July off!).
Bring Ideas & Connections: Share input from your block, stay informed on city and local updates, and bring neighbor feedback to meetings.
Support Community Events: Help plan and host fun neighborhood traditions like our Bowling & Pizza Party, Annual Meeting, Make Music Madison, and support community initiatives like the Meadowood Health Partnership’s Community Suppers.
