Megan is the mother of two non-speaking Autistic boys who use AAC devices throughout their daily lives. In this heartfelt session, she will share practical strategies for incorporating AAC into everyday life at home, navigating a new means of communication, and building meaningful connection through communication. Megan will discuss finding the joy, humor, and small moments of success that can come when families learn to communicate in new ways together.

Hard to believe it's been a month since we walked side-by-side across the spectrum as a community. We're still thinking about how powerful this event is every year- so much connection, support, and shared purpose. Even in the cold!

We have many different board games to choose from plus multiple decks of playing cards. You can also bring a favorite game from home if you can teach it to other attendees. Snacks and soft drinks will be available.
