Public Awareness Announcement: Please be advised that the North Sherman Avenue railroad crossing will be closed to all traffic from Monday, August 17, through Friday, August 28, while railroad crossing improvements are completed.

During the project:
Both northbound and southbound lanes of North Sherman Avenue will be closed at the railroad crossing.
No through traffic will be permitted across the railroad crossing during the construction period.
A signed detour will be in place, directing motorists to Commercial Avenue.

We just want to pause and say THANK YOU to every person who raised their hand and made sacrifices to run for open public service positions in yesterday's state primary election.
