As a Registered Nurse and Licensed Massage Therapist, Deb has spent her career looking at health from both the inside and the outside. She's passionate about 'clean' fuel because she's seen firsthand how much additives and preservatives can impact our energy, inflammatory levels & overall health. Her goal is to bridge the gap between clinical health and the joy of eating real, whole foods.

Enjoy an evening of deep relaxation with gentle yoga and guided Nidra meditation with Jessica Gilronan from Waving Pines Yoga. Bring a yoga mat and small blanket or towel. These will be used during the class and for the final mediation. Class will include basic postures modified for beginner through experienced learners.
