It was a week of learning and teaching for . Today, Kristen presented at the Wisconsin Association for Justice’s Women’s Caucus Seminar, alongside friend and colleague, Amy Risseeuw.

As someone frequently appointed to serve as Guardian ad litem when minor settlements are involved, Kristen talked about the importance of protecting the best interests of kids and what the settlement approval process should involve when handled with care and thoughtful diligence.
