PICKY EATERS PRO TIP: mix Snug Haven Farm spinach into your spaghetti sauce to sneak in some extra veggies!! They never notice, the only complaint this time was it was a little too spicy, I got a little crazy with the red pepper flakes šŸ˜‚

Here's a few meals we served our youth programs throughout the week!

1) Tilapia with spinach pesto spaghetti, featuring spinach donated from Snug Haven Farm! The best spinach in Wisconsin by far ā¤ As well as Tilapia purchased from Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin
2)Fresh fruit options every day! Roses donated from Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin
3)Gochujang chicken with blanched broccoli seasoned with garlic, pepper flakes, and sesame oil
4) Mediterranean salad including chicken, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, chic peas, couscous and tzatziki

Most of the ingredients for our youth program meals run on funding from Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin's kid cafĆ© program, thank you! ā¤
