~ Dr. Jen Yeager, DNP, AGACNP-BC, APNP
Founder and Clinical Director of Medical Grade Aesthetics, Dr. Yeager launched her first location in Beloit in 2019 after decades in critical care nursing. Her mission? To elevate our specialty through collaboration, education, and the highest regard for patient safety.

~ Amie Neumaier, MSN, AGPCNP-BC, APNP, CANS
Founder and Clinic Director of ANEU Med Spa, Amie is known for her patient-centered care and dedication to advancing aesthetic nursing through ongoing education and leadership within Wisconsin.

~ Dawn Sagrillo, MSN, AGNP-C, APNP, CANS, ISPAN-F
Founder and Clinical Director of ReFresh Aesthetic Center, Dawn brings over 30 years of experience in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. A nationally recognized educator and mentor, she is passionate about raising standards and supporting colleagues across the state.

Together, they created WAPC to ensure Wisconsin’s aesthetic industry is represented, collaborative, and grounded in the highest standards of safety and excellence.

Speaker Spotlight: Kevin Harrington,
MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Director Injectable Training & Professional Development OBAGI Medical
We’re excited to welcome Kevin Harrington to the WAPC 4th Annual Educational Symposium.

Kevin Harrington MSN, APRN, FNP-C has been an influential leader in medical aesthetics with over two decades of direct experience in medical aesthetics and teaching. His current role is with Obagi Medical: Director of Injectable Training and Professional Development. His accolades as a teacher and leader in our specialty include 5 years of clinical research experience with Phase III and Phase IV trials, Faculty for the Academy for Injection Anatomy with Dr. Chris Surek, developed the “Teaching your Brain to Inject” curriculum, published in multiple scientific journals, Faculty and Key Opinion Leader for Allergan and Galderma, and CEO and Founder of Face-Time Aesthetics and LKH Aesthetics Consulting.

His session will discuss reframing the aesthetic consultation as a true medical visit grounded in professional standards and return to core clinical principles. This session reinforces the providers’ role as a medical professional to ensure patient safety, ethics and trust remain central. We will bridge the disconnect between sales terminology and medical practice commonly experienced in aesthetic practices. It is time to focus on creating individualized, medically sound aesthetic treatment plans that align patient goals with evidence-based care.
Don’t miss this evidence-based conversation on the future of aesthetic medicine.
