Pride Ride 2026 is on the books! Thanks to Cooperative Action Fund, we’re shifting to Cascade Mt this year to enjoy more space and high-speed lifts!

Join us on Sunday, January 25th to celebrate q***r community and winter wonder. Ski, snowboard, or snowtube! All skill levels accommodated. Tickets are ‘pay what you can’, and include everything you need to enjoy the day.

What a rad season send off! Our volunteer crew wrapped up winter 2025 with a day on the slopes at Cascade Mt’s Luau party. We demoed new gear, searched for hidden prize coconuts, and ripped some laps with some of the Midwest’s best. We’re incredibly grateful to this crew of amazing humans who help spread the stoke. 👏🏻🥳❄️🙌

The Boardslide volunteer & partner crew showed out for Focus Boardshop's annual Banked Track Race! Chez, JP, Adam, April, and Dobbe all put up stellar times, with several of them taking the podium! We're incredibly proud to have such a deep pool of snowsports skill and knowledge on our crew. Way to go everyone!

Shout out to Focus for continuing to foster an inclusive boardsports community! This year they added a non-binary category to demonstrate support and inclusion for the LGBTQ+ community. This effort means a lot, especially amidst the current national hostility towards q***r & trans folks. We're very grateful for the partnership and shared effort.

Big News! Share Winter, our Winter Camp partner and grantor, is currently working with Mikaela Shiffrin, who recently won her 100th World Cup win in Italy! Their shared goal is to raise $100k to celebrate Mikaela's 100 wins!

Boardslide Mission is incredibly honored to be a part of this network of snowsports enthusiasts working to make the sport we love more accessible to everyone. Thank you & !

Congratulations to this season's Gear Scholarship recipients!

These 5 Winter Campers have demonstrated their passion for snowboarding by attending camp year over year, and have supported each other as they build their skillset! Each of them submitted stellar essays describing why they love snowboarding and what receiving gear would mean for them. We're excited to provide them with their own snowboards, bindings, and boots to continue their pursuit of winter passion.

5-9: Order takeout or dine-in at Ian’s in Garver. Present this ad and a portion of sales will be donated to Boardslide Mission programming.

7-10: Cocktail hour in the Garver lounge w/ DJ Millbot on decks. A portion of beverage sales will be donated to Boardslide Mission programming.

‘Joy is an act of resistance.’

Participants of Pride Ride 2024 cultivated a beautiful experience this weekend at Tyrol Basin, celebrating and supporting each other’s snow adventure. First timers alongside winter veterans and staff at Tyrol demonstrated what a rich community experience can look like. New shredders and friends were made ❤️.
