Metro Detroit USBC (MDUSBC) Association Manager Phil Goodman has announced that he will be retiring from the association.
As a result of this announcement, the MDUSBC Board of Directors has appointed a search committee to seek his replacement. The search committee is headed by MDUSBC President Ken Clayton and includes other senior members of the MDUSBC Board.
This job posting runs through September 15, 2026.

Anita definitely left her mark at the local & state level 🎳 We will all miss her at Board Meetings & Events 💙 Congratulations on your retirement from both Associations Anita 💐

Seasons change… our lives take different directions, sometimes we need to close a chapter. So, reluctantly, the Michigan State USBC Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Anita Maiorana.
They say” good help is hard to find” …we found it in Anita. She worked tirelessly at our state tournaments and helped on the committee that sets up our Spring Meeting/Awards banquet, and our Fall workshop.
She also served on the Tournament and Queens committees.
Anita: We will miss you; thank you for your service to Michigan bowlers and we wish you the best going forward.
