Why donations are so important!

Today we got a call from a nurse! This was her day to check on a home bound patient who is elderly!
What she discovered was the lady hadn’t eaten since Saturday because she had no money, no food and no one to check on her!

There’s a lot of things going on that people
Could donate to, but nothing to us is more important than making sure NOONE goes hungry!

We know in a small
County there are always people asking for donations for one thing or another and it’s rough right now for anyone to give anything due to rising cost of everything.

When you donate to HFMC, you make sure that every elderly person we get contacted about or the kids at home crying with no dinner, get a food box ASAP!

She now knows she will not ever look at empty cabinets again!

As the prices go up, so does the need for help!

Your donations in any amount MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Please consider making a donation to assure when that call comes in, that we are able to answer it and deliver!

Even our cost for running the diesel is a little over $200 a week and if we don’t do well at the resale shop, it hinders our ability to pick up big food orders!

We have numerous ways to donate

Don’t assume others are stepping up to help and look away from the need:

We can not do what we do without you and we know there are more people out there with empty or almost empty cabinets wondering where their next meal
Will come from and as we say “NOONE should go without food!

Thank you
