Pitch, Hit & Run is Back!

The City of Madera is proud to partner with the MLB Play Ball campaign to bring back PHR for the 2nd year!

Event Date: Sunday, June 7, 2026

Check-in: 9:00 AM

Location: Lions Town & Country Park
2300 Howard Rd, Madera, CA 93637.

Coed Ages: 7–14 (Participants must be 14 or younger as of November 15, 2026)

Cost: FREE to compete!

Kids will be tested on their throwing, hitting, and running skills for a chance to advance to the Team Championships. Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity!

Grab your gear, dust off your gloves, and join us for Saturday Sandlot, a fun-filled baseball day hosted by the Madera Police Department.

Participants will rotate through hitting and fielding activities and wrap up the day with friendly Sandlot-style games with your local officers. This event is a great way for your local players to get ready for Little League, build confidence, and connect with the community.

Registration is now open for our Spring Rec Baseball League, kicking off in April!

Ages & Divisions:
• T-Ball: Ages 4–5
• Coach Pitch: Ages 6–7

League Details:
• Teams are guaranteed one practice per week on a field
• Games held Saturday mornings
• Player and coach requests are welcome
• No sponsorship required
• Cost: $55 per player

Calling in for a last minute good deed!! We are in need of a foster for this sweet little girl. She is super sweet and comes with a playful attitude. She is still a puppy so her journey is barely beginning.
