South Valley Squad Welcome to the South Valley Squad page! We are a squad affiliated with the Central California Garrison in the 501st Legion. Used under authorization.

The South Valley Squad and it’s members are a sub unit of Central California Garrison of the 501st Legion. Our squad’s territory covers the Central California Counties of Madera, Fresno, Kings and Tulare. Our members are all volunteers who are passionate about bringing Star Wars characters to life and enhancing beneficial charity events, especially when they involve children. The 501st Legion is a

worldwide Star Wars costuming organization comprised of and operated by Star Wars fans. While it is not sponsored by Lucasfilm Ltd., it is Lucasfilm's preferred Imperial costuming group. We hope everyone is having a great beginning to fall as it starts to cool down. The next two weeks are going to be pretty heavy with troops to attend. This weekend we have the beginning of Zoo Boo at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo which will also be happening next weekend, and next Friday we will have the Corcoran Trunk or Treat out in Corcoran. We hope to see you all out there and may the force be with you.
