Have you heard?? ☀️
St. Paul Community Church is starting a new summer worship schedule THIS Sunday!

Whether you’re an early riser or prefer a more traditional late-morning experience, we’ve created a Sunday morning rhythm designed to help you worship, connect, and grow together this summer.

🎶 **9:00 AM — The Gathering**
Start your Sunday with a 45-minute modern worship experience featuring our Praise Band, meaningful worship, and an encouraging yet challenging message from Pastor David Wells.

☕ **9:45–10:15 AM — Coffee & Fellowship**
Stick around in the parlor for beverages, snacks, conversation, and community between services.

🎹 **10:15 AM — Blended Worship Service**
Experience a rich blend of traditions featuring our amazing organist Tom Guth, bell choir, Acoustic Praise Band, and Pastor David.

And this Sunday is especially meaningful as we wrap up our sermon series, **“The Upside-Down Life.”**

This final message explores one of Jesus’ most difficult teachings:
*How can people remain joyful, faithful, and hopeful even when doing the right thing comes at a cost?*

Pastor David shares powerful real-life stories of ordinary people who chose courage, compassion, and faithfulness in difficult moments — reminding us that following Jesus may turn your life upside down… but it also leads to a deeper kind of happiness the world cannot give.

We’d love for you to join us this Sunday as we begin this new season together. ❤️

Two former presidents stopped speaking for years. Reconciliation started with one vulnerable letter and one person willing to go first.

Pray More. React Less.

Not every conflict is solved immediately. Sometimes God does His deepest work while we step back, pray, and let Him soften hearts.

☀️ NEW SUMMER SCHEDULE ☀️

Beginning this summer, we’re making a small change to help create more space for worship, connection, and community on Sunday mornings!

🕘 The Gathering — 9:00 AM
🕥 Blended Service — 10:15 AM

And don’t rush out between services — stay and enjoy coffee, conversation, and fellowship with us in between!

We’d love to see you this Sunday at St. Paul Community Church. 💙

This Prayer Will Wreck Your Pride

Real peacemaking starts with self-examination. Before asking God to change someone else, ask Him to reveal what’s happening in your own heart.

Somebody Has to Go First

Everybody waits for the other person to apologize first. Jesus calls peacemakers to lower their weapons first.

We Can Contain Conflict… But Only God Creates Peace

Most people think peace means the absence of conflict. Jesus pointed to something deeper. Human beings can suppress conflict for a while… but only God can create true peace in the human heart.

06/01/2026

In a divided world, everybody is waiting for someone else to make the first move.

Jesus said:
“Blessed are the peacemakers.”

Not the peace-lovers.
Not the peace-watchers.
The peacemakers.

This week in The Upside-Down Life, we explore what it means to lower our defenses, tear down emotional walls, and allow God to create peace within us so He can work peace through us.

Because real peace begins on our side of the breach.

Join us for this powerful message on reconciliation, forgiveness, healing, and the transforming work of Christ.
