We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Charise Stephens-Merriweather for leading such an inspiring Boss Up Girl Initiative Girls with our I Am Kali Leadership scholars.

She encouraged our girls to boldly pursue their dreams, reminding them not to allow others to dictate their future, but to take ownership of it. Through powerful conversation and practical guidance, she shared valuable strategies on goal setting, strategic planning, financial literacy, and the importance of networking.

Your wisdom, authenticity, and passion truly impacted our girls. Charise Stephens-Merriweather is truly a gem in the Middle Georgia community, and we are grateful for the time she poured into empowering the next generation of young leaders.

The girls had a productive workshop focused on mental health and wellness. They explored confidence building, positive self-awareness, and learned that mental health is an important part of overall well-being. Using the Wellness Wheel, they identified areas of growth and reflected on how self-perception shapes how they show up in the world.

A huge thank you to Quintessa Hardy for leading such an impactful and inspiring session. So proud of our girls’ growth and engagement 💖✨

We are well on our way to making a real difference, and this is just the beginning. Grateful for the minds, hearts, and commitment behind the mission. 💛
