Major Update!!
The Macon Youth Symphony Orchestra is proud to announce the MYSO Wind Symphony, a new ensemble expanding performance and educational opportunities for young wind and percussion musicians throughout Middle Georgia.
As MYSO continues to grow, the Wind Symphony represents an important step in our mission to provide students with meaningful ensemble experiences, high-quality musical instruction, and opportunities to develop as musicians.
We are also excited to welcome Adrian Jermaine Adams, as Director of the MYSO Wind Symphony. Mr. Adams has served as a coach to wind and percussion members of the MYSO and served as a judge and clinician for Bibb’s annual Pre-LGPE band clinic. Good dedication to the Middle Georgia community made the nomination of Director to the MYSO Wind Symphony an easy decision. Under his leadership, the Wind Symphony will begin developing its own musical identity while becoming an integral part of the growing MYSO organization.
Please join us in welcoming Adrian Adams and celebrating the launch of the MYSO Wind Symphony!
Information on about joining will be posted soon and sent to all local band directors.
